Organizational Change Management

We provide leadership for a cross-functional workgroup, the UCOP Operations Council, to provide high-level guidance, collaboration, input and support on operational issues, with the goal of identifying and implementing innovations that help improve operations across UCOP.
Includes organizational change management, workload analysis and organizational diagnosis. We partner with Local HR and HR Learning and Development to effectively deliver training and support for these services.
