This memo summarizes the current authority thresholds and approval processes for capital project budgets, including augmentations. Review of these requirements can assist in project planning by determining if the proposed project will follow a “traditional” or “delegated” approval path.
The TM1 Capital Project Database is the repository for all information relevant to the University's Capital Projects. This data informs such reports as the State Quarterly Report, the Major Cap Report, the Capital Financial Plan, and the Accountability Report, along with others. The database includes system-wide cost comparison reporting to assist with project planning.
