Career Development
Student affairs professionals seek to enhance the overall educational experience of college students. They are responsible for promoting and cultivating out-of-classroom learning and creating the necessary environment for that to take place. This is done to complement in-class learning. The role of student affairs includes but is not limited to: residential life, student health, advising, Greek affairs, career and professional development, multicultural affairs and leadership involvement.
