Staff Bios
Maria Blandizzi, Principal Analyst
Responsible for policy coordination, legislative analysis, and student and constituent relations. Past experience includes serving as Resident Director in the Office of Residential Life, and Student Affairs at UC Los Angeles; as well as in other roles in Student Affairs at Barnard College, Columbia University; and UC Irvine. Maria holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Anthropology, both from UC Irvine; a Master of Arts, Higher and Post-Secondary Education, from Teacher's College, Columbia University; and is anticipating completion of her Doctorate of Education, Higher Education, from University of Southern California in May 2008.

Eric Heng, Principal Analyst
Eric shares responsibility for policy coordination, legislative analysis, and student and constituent relations. His past experience includes working as Area Coordinator in the Office of Residential Life at Wesleyan University; as well as in other roles in Student Affairs at UC Santa Barbara and UC Los Angeles. Eric holds a BA in Psychology from UCSB and a Masters of Education in Counseling in Student Affairs from UCLA.
