UCOP Budget and Expense Reports
These reports are designed to provide a monthly view of the budget by types of operating expenses. These reports provide information at the highest level (all of UCOP) down to the individual account and fund.
These reports are not intended as a replacement of the general ledger, but as a useful supplement to it.
- Fiscal year 2008-09 expense information is currently available but the 2008-09 budget data is not up to date.
- FY 2009-10 budget and expense information will become available when July actuals are complete (sometime in mid-August), reflecting all UCOP reorganizations to date.
