Strategic Resources Coordination
The Strategic Resources Coordination Teams (SRCT) manage and coordinate activities for their respective divisions related to human resources, fiscal analysis, planning, and space coordination. They provide operational expertise and consultation to department managers and supervisors in these areas in order to help departments achieve the OP-wide goals to operate more efficiently, consistently and in compliance with policy.
