An amount equal to at least 75 percent of your bond allocation must be liened (bids awarded) within 12 months and all funds must be fully liened within 18 months. All projects must be completed and the campus bond allocation must be fully expended within 36 months of the bond sale.
REPORTS
Status of Expenditure Reports
Status of expenditure reports are submitted according to the intervals described above and typically every 180 days after the first report. The purpose of these reports is to ensure that the campuses progress towards timely award, expenditure, and completion of the approved projects. If upon review of a report indicated that a campus is having difficulty in initiating or completing projects, we would contact the campus to investigate what, if any, obstacles may be delaying progress.
