Payroll Cluster Service Center

Mission Statement
The Payroll Cluster Service Center is guided by three goals:

• to provide cost-effective payroll processing that is accurate, on time, and in compliance with policy;
• to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date technical expertise in interpreting personnel policies and bargaining contracts; in advising on appropriate procedures to follow; and in providing referrals to additional sources of information;
• to maintain a high-level of involvement and quality communications with the departments served to ensure that service is responsive to each department’s particular needs and is supportive of each department’s goals.
