Receiving and Returns

Packing Slips – Please sign and date packing slips to indicate satisfactory receipt of the items listed on the document and forward to your BRC Team.

Returns – The BRC will obtain the authorization to return the merchandise from the vendor, so please contact your BRC Team when items are damaged, not as ordered, or otherwise need to be returned.
