You have 31 days after the addition of a family member (through birth, adoption, marriage, or domestic partnership) to enroll your new family member in UC-sponsored plans. Your spouse or domestic partner and your eligible children are elgible for enrollment in medical, dental, and legal plans, provided you are already enrolled in the plan(s). Use form UBEN 100 [PDF] to enroll your eligible family members. Your spouse or domestic partner is also eligible for Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. You may enroll yourself and your spouse or domestic partner at any time. Contact the carrier. |
