[January 16, 2009] The University and the Clerical and Allied Services Unit represented by CUE ("CX") have agreed that CUE's members will have access to StayWell—the University's wellness program—effective March 2, 2009. CUE members will have access under the same terms allowed other eligible groups: employees and their eligible spouse or same sex domestic partner enrolled in UC's Anthem Blue Cross PLUS and PPO, CIGNA Choice Fund, Core, Health Net, and Western Health Advantage medical plans. (Kaiser members have access to Kaiser's integrated wellness program). Because the University and CUE reached agreement to the terms of the StayWell wellness benefit late in 2008 the effective date of the program for CUE bargaining unit members is Monday, March 2, 2009, in order to allow sufficient time for implementation. The period during which CUE members can earn an incentive for taking the StayWell Health Assessment is March 2 — June 10, 2009. (This does not change the April 15, 2009 incentive deadline for all other eligible employees.) After the incentive deadline, eligible employees and spouses/domestic partners will have access to the StayWell website and any follow-up wellness coaching services for which they may be eligible. CUE joins the following University bargaining units that will participate in StayWell for 2009:
The units below continue to opt out of participation in StayWell for 2009.
