The call volume to the Open Enrollment Action Line has been extremely heavy for the last several days, resulting in some employees not being able to connect the first time they call. If you are being disconnected when you first call in, please try again during off-hours when the lines are not so busy. Remember that even though the University will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Action Line will be available Thursday, Friday, and until midnight Saturday. Open Enrollment ends at midnight November 30.

If you don't have your Open Enrollment code because your Open Enrollment materials never arrived, you can still call the Open Enrollment Action Line, 1-800-639-3779, and use your 4 digit UC Pin along with your Social Security Number to process your Open Enrollment transactions. If you don't remember your UC PIN, you can choose a new one at UC For Yourself .
