At Your Service Online has undergone two changes to further protect your personal information. As part of continuing efforts to promote security on At Your service Online, a number of steps are being taken to further safeguard UC employees personal information.
If you have not already done so, when you sign into At Your Service Online you will be required to create a Username of your choice. In the coming months, you will enter your Username when accessing your records and you will no longer be able to sign in using your Social Security number.
Additionally, you will be required to provide answers to six challenge questions, which will be posed to you if you forget your password. In the future, you will have two convenient options for accessing your account if you forget your password: you can have a temporary password emailed to you, or you can correctly answer the challenge questions.
