The table below summarizes the 403(b) Plan beneficiary designations that will be in effect after the transition period.
| If you currently have a 403(b) Plan beneficiary designation on file for: | After the transition |
| UC Funds only | The beneficiary designation will be the same as before; no change |
| UC Funds and Fidelity funds and/or Calvert funds | The beneficiary designation will be the UC Fund designation for all your 403(b) Plan accounts; any Fidelity and/or Calvert designation will be dropped. |
| Fidelity funds only | The beneficiary designation will be the same as before; no change |
| Calvert funds only | There will be no designation. You will need to designate beneficiaries. |
DC Plan and 457(b) Plan beneficiary designations will not be affected by the transition.
