Academic Personnel
Academic Personnel develops, implements and manages programs and initiatives that support the recruitment, advancement and retention of University of California academic appointees, with a focus on women and underrepresented academic appointees who reflect the diversity of California’s population.

UC ADVANCE PAID Program
NSF-sponsored program leveraging the UC system to recruit, advance and retain more women and underrepresented minority faculty in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
President's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (PPFP) Link
Program established in 1984 to encourage outstanding women and underrepresented PhD recipients to pursue careers at UC.
