Currently the plan covers all systemwide fees for financial aid-eligible California-resident undergraduates with household incomes of $70,000 and below ($80,000 beginning in 2011-12). Blue + Gold students with sufficient financial need can qualify for even more grant aid to help reduce the cost of attending. Read more about the Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan.
